Firsts
  • The God Valley Incident continues as a chaotic three-way battle royale (strategy map: Roger Pirates NW, Celestial Dragons center, Rocks Pirates SE); the crews are fixated on seizing the island's treasure and the captive Shakuyaku.
  • St. Maffey — a new Holy Knight of God of the Satchel's Family — recovers Garling's secret infant son from a would-be rescuer amid the chaos ('Garling has a kid...? Who'd have thunk it?').
  • The Rocks Pirates are shown deeply fractious mid-battle: Whitebeard (Newgate) vs Big Mom (Linlin), Shiki, and Kaido all trading accusations of betrayal ('You lied to me!!' / 'Were you trying to kill me, you rat?!!').
  • Big Mom already possesses her homies Zeus and Prometheus at God Valley (~38 yrs pre-present); she uses 'Fire-Blitz.'
  • Vice Admiral Garp captures 'Neptunians' amid the fighting; Bartholomew Kuma appears as a child slave alongside his father ('This is our big chance, Kuma!!').
  • Shakuyaku was held captive as a coveted prize/bride intended for Garling; countless pirate suitors converge to 'rescue' her; St. Sommers (Holy Knight) moves to kill her rather than let anyone take her.
  • Silvers Rayleigh breaks through and saves Shakuyaku with 'Spider Lily Steel,' answering her note 'Come and get me — Shakuyaku' — the origin of the Rayleigh/Shakky bond.

Summary

A full-chapter flashback to the God Valley battlefield. God Valley has become “an inescapable battlefield” as many crews converge with their own agendas. A strategy briefing shows the three-way pincer — the Roger Pirates inbound from the northwest, the Rocks Pirates from the southeast, the Celestial Dragons (and their Holy Knights) holding the center with the treasure “not yet hauled out.” Amid the carnage a repentant figure tries to save Garling’s kidnapped babies to atone for the “sick, murderous game,” but the new Holy Knight St. Maffey (Satchel’s Family) seizes one of them (“There. Got him… Garling has a kid…? Who’d have thunk it?”). The Rocks Pirates are visibly at each other’s throats — Whitebeard (Newgate), Big Mom (Linlin) (with homies Zeus and Prometheus), Shiki, and Kaido trading betrayal accusations while minor pirates try to make their name by taking Rocks down. Vice Admiral Garp rampages, capturing “Neptunians”; a child Kuma and his father seize their chance to flee. The heart of the chapter is Shakuyaku (Shakky) — a coveted captive prize intended for Garling, whom pirate suitors have come “from far and wide” to rescue. The Holy Knight St. Sommers decides to murder her rather than let anyone have her (“This ain’t no fairy tale!!”), only for Silvers Rayleigh to burst in with “Spider Lily Steel” and cut him down — answering Shakuyaku’s smuggled note (“Come and get me”). Weeping, Shakky falls into his arms (“Oh, Ray!!!”), and the Roger crew grabs treasure and flees. To be continued.
