The 28th son of the Charlotte Family (title card Ch. 888 p. 5), an officer of the Big Mom Pirates commanding part of the sea pursuit of the fleeing Thousand Sunny. A Den-Den-Mushi relay officer whose fleet fires homie cannonballs — living cannonballs (some faceless) — at the escaping crew. Name follows the Charlotte food/dessert theme (bavarois, the French set-custard dessert).
