• Black Spear Formation blockade (Ch. 215 pp. 7-10) — Hina’s blockade pins the Going Merry eight-to-one; “No vessel exists that my Black Spear Formation can’t destroy.” / “We’ve inflicted heavy damage to their ship.” The ring-of-warships iron-spear-cannon-fire tactic is captioned “the specialty of the Black Cage Squad.”

• Commands the Alabasta port blockade (Ch. 214 pp. 4-5) — a 30-ship-plus-support-forces blockade sealing every Alabasta port (“All of Alabasta’s ports… are sealed tight by 30 ships and support forces!!”, p. 5). Addressed by subordinates as “Lady Hina.” Speaks of herself in the third person again (“Hina is very dissatisfied.”).
