Summary
In the aftermath of his clash with Law, Doflamingo addresses the Dressrosa public, declaring the morning’s abdication report a lie engineered by his “former subordinate” Trafalgar Law and assuring the citizens he has “vanquished” the schemer — never having actually left the throne. Luffy rails at him; Doflamingo waves it off and flies away on his strings. As Kin’emon spirits the wounded Law out, Admiral Fujitora (Issho) intercepts the fleeing Zoro with a crushing gravity attack, but Zoro slices free and escapes with Kin’emon’s help. The crowd reels at the revelation that a Marine Admiral is openly in Dressrosa working alongside a Warlord; Doflamingo summons Fujitora to talk at the palace, dangling an alliance. Out at sea, Big Mom’s ship bears down on the Thousand Sunny, hunting the embezzling Caesar and shoving the ship away from Dressrosa. The crew tallies the “three cards” they hold against Doflamingo — Caesar, the unburned SMILE factory, and Momonosuke — realizing Law fought as a decoy to protect them. Luffy splits the crew: Sanji, Nami, Chopper, Brook and Momonosuke take the Sunny to the next island, Zou, while Luffy’s group heads for the palace to take Doflamingo down.
