Chapter 660: Trafalgar Law, Warlord of the Sea

Summary

Inside Vegapunk’s former Punk Hazard laboratory, the four body-swapped Straw Hats (Nami, Sanji, Franky, Chopper, still scrambled into each other’s bodies by Law’s earlier power) shepherd the mob of frightened giant children through the freezing corridors, smashing through sealed doors — Franky’s mind, stuck in Chopper’s body, breaks down a wall while protesting “I’m not a raccoon!” The children recount being lured from their parents under a false promise to cure a “sickness” and beg to go home; the group stumbles into a chamber of frozen giant corpses (the “Frozen Ones”) and flees in terror, bursting out onto the snowy surface in the “Franky Tank.” Elsewhere, a second group escorts the talking severed samurai head, which refuses to beg a “scoundrel” pirate for help while hunting for its missing body and son. A distress call (“We’re being killed by a samurai!! …trapped here on Punk Hazard!!”) reaches both Luffy and the Marines. At the laboratory’s front entrance, Vice Admiral Smoker and his G-5 marines — with Tashigi (“his cutie of a companion”) — confront the lab’s occupant: Trafalgar Law, now a Warlord of the Sea, who recognizes them from Sabaody. Smoker lays out Law’s record (Sabaody, the war, helping Luffy escape during the Roswald incident) and demands to inspect the lab; Law dismisses it as a falsified S.O.S. trap and calls the island “my vacation home now.” When the escaping Straw-Hat group and the children spill out and run into the Marines, Law uses “Room”/“Takt” to hoist a ship and a slab of the riverbed into the air, refusing to let anyone leave the island.
