A World Noble / Celestial Dragon, father of Saint Shalria. First shown on Sabaody Archipelago wearing the caste’s glass air-helmet (Ch. 497 p. 17) — among the very first Celestial Dragons depicted on-page in the series.

- On-page caption: “Saint Roswald, Celestial Dragon.” Keeps enslaved pirate captains; shoots and abuses slaves in public and sneers that a “mere human” weeping over his slaughtered family “makes me sick” (p. 18).
