Who tipped Crocodile to the Strawhat armband system? Vivi’s Mr. Zero had said implies BW has an intel-source on Strawhat off-page coordination. Forward-canon candidate: Robin (still operationally BW VP) may have leaked the armband intel to Crocodile while preparing the Strawhats — a double-game tell. Or a Lizard-Runner / surveillance pipeline.
Did Mr. 4 use the Lassoo (his bazooka-dog) for the misfire-shot? The cannon-firing panel shows Mr. 4 at a multi-barrel Royal-Army cannon-row, not his signature Lassoo-bazooka. The Lassoo is presumably with him as a Royal-Army-disguised pet; not visible this chapter.
