(b) Brook formally joins the Straw Hats as the eighth crewmate-musician — “I pledge my life to Captain Luffy” (Ch. 489 pp. 7-9, 13). (c) The actual Twin-Cape reunion with Laboon remains unstaged and far-forward — the recorded-song Tone Dial is the loaded delivery prop, and 0506 tightens the Crocus→Laboon→Rumbar linkage.
