Summary
The chapter splits between two fronts of the Onigashima raid. Inside the Skull Dome keep (a fire breaking out, retainers shouting to douse the flames), the apparently-dead Orochi reappears in his eight-headed Yamata-no-Orochi serpent form — having survived being cut down by Kaido — and lunges at the Kozuki loyalists, gloating about his mole Kanjuro and his “20 years of trembling at your ghosts.” Fukurokuju moves to cover his master’s escape and squares off against Raizo, while Denjiro (Kyoshiro) and Kin’emon strike the serpent down, vowing to send Orochi “to hell.” On the Skull Dome rooftop, Big Mom and Kaido open with a combined “Conquest of the Sea” assault that Zoro barely blocks to save the others; Luffy answers with Gum-Gum Red Roc, which Kaido is forced to dodge. Big Mom unleashes “Conqueror of Three Worlds: Rag-Naraku” on Luffy, but Trafalgar Law uses Room/Chambres to shamble Big Mom away, Zoro slices her with “Crossing the Six Paths: Flame-Rend” (p. 16) before she can revert, and a Eustass Kid (Punk Pistols / Repel) + Law (Takt) combo flings her off the island. The chapter ends with Big Mom plummeting toward the open sea — a Devil Fruit user with nothing but water below — screaming for Zeus.
New reveals
- Orochi is alive. He survived Kaido’s strike (Ch 0985) and reappears in the keep in full eight-headed serpent form — the Yamata-no-Orochi multi-head mechanic plays out on-page (“they aren’t aware that you have already died once,” p. 3).
- The castle interior is on fire; the Kozuki side scrambles to put it out (p. 3).
- Fukurokuju vs Raizo — the Orochi Oniwabanshu leader and the Kozuki ninja are framed as fated rivals (p. 6).
- Kaido & Big Mom’s combined attack “Conquest of the Sea” (p. 8) — strong enough that even the haki-hardened supernovas can’t dodge; Zoro takes it head-on to shield the group.
- Luffy’s “Gum-Gum Red Roc” debuts on the rooftop, a strike forceful enough that Kaido chooses to evade rather than tank it (pp. 11–12).
- Big Mom’s “Conqueror of Three Worlds: Rag-Naraku” — a homie-powered super-attack (the chapter’s title beat) aimed at Luffy (pp. 13–14).
- Coordinated takedown: Law (Chambres → Takt), Zoro (“Crossing the Six Paths: Flame-Rend,” slicing before she can revert, p. 16), and Kid (Punk Pistols / Repel) combine to knock Big Mom clean off Onigashima toward the sea (pp. 15–19).

Notable panels
- Pages 1–2: Color-spread title splash (no cover serial this chapter). Sanji, Luffy, Zoro and Law lounge with drinks in the snow while Otama and Komachiyo set amigasa woven hats on Jizo statues of the Straw Hats — a reader-request piece (“by Honeylicker”). Decorative; no clear foreshadowing.
- Page 4: Orochi’s eight-headed Yamata-no-Orochi serpent looms over the keep — Fukurokuju shielding him.
- Page 8: “CONQUEST OF THE SEA!!!!” — Kaido + Big Mom combined-assault splash.
- Page 12: Luffy’s “Gum-Gum Red Roc” — Kaido dodges.
- Page 14: “RAG-NARAKU!!” — Big Mom’s title-attack blast.
- Page 16: Zoro’s “CROSSING THE SIX PATHS!!! FLAME-REND!!!” — the strike that cuts Big Mom before she can revert (the “Crossing the Six Paths” prefix is new here; bare Flame-Rend debuted Ch 1002).
- Page 19: Chapter-end cliffhanger — Big Mom plummets toward the sea, “Help me, Zeus!!!”

Open questions raised
- Does the Law/Zoro/Kid combo actually remove Big Mom from the rooftop fight, or does she find a way back up?
- Is the Zeus answering Big Mom on the rooftop the same homie that defected to Nami in the Climate Baton (Ch 0903), or a reconstituted one?
- Will Orochi truly stay dead this time, given his multi-head/“died once” serpent power?
- Does the keep fire (p. 3) threaten the Kozuki side or merely the structure?
