One of Big Mom’s three special, top-tier soul-homies (with Zeus and Prometheus) — a living bicorne hat, “Napoleon the Bicorne.” Animated by a sliver of Big Mom’s own soul via the Soru Soru no Mi; like Zeus and Prometheus, his soul is “on a whole other level,” so close to Big Mom that he “might as well be a part of me.” Sibling-note status to Zeus/Prometheus, who each carry their own Character note.

• Twirled by Big Mom like a cheerleader’s baton as she squares off with Nami (p. 3); counts himself among the “unstoppable” homie trio with Prometheus and the new homie Hera.

Wano Country — Onigashima rooftop (Ch. 1009)

• Big Mom’s sword homie reacts as she is flung off the roof (“I’m just a sword!!”, p. 16).

Wano Country (Ch. 951)

• Restored to Big Mom as she returns to her senses — pops back out as her bicorne-hat sword-homie: “NAPOLEON!! … I’m glad you’re back to normal!!” (p.18). A sword pops from him as she squares off against Kaido.

Whole Cake Island — the flaming sword “Cognac” (Ch. 890)

• On Big Mom’s command — “Cognac!!” / “Yes, mama!!” — his blade form ignites into a named giant flaming sword, “Cognac,” and swings at the Sunny; a strike from it is narrated as “a swing from Cognac” (pp. 7-8) — the first naming of his sword’s combat state (alias). Jinbei blocks the swing (Kairagi Glaze) and douses the flames with an Ocean Current (pp. 7-12). See Homies.

Whole Cake Island — the blade form (Ch. 889)

• During her craving rampage, Big Mom reclaims her three special homies and orders Napoleon to “change into your blade” (p. 14) — the first showing of his sword form, transforming from a bicorne hat into a weapon for Mama. Summoned to her side alongside Zeus and Prometheus as she descends on the Sunny (pp. 14-17). See Homies.
