Edward Weevil’s mother, a wiry old woman who styles herself “Whitebeard’s lover” and insists Weevil is Whitebeard’s only true son. She drives Weevil’s campaign to hunt the Whitebeard remnants for the “inheritance” she says is his birthright, reads the world paper for marks (clocks that “Garp’s grandson” downed Doflamingo, and that Marco protected Luffy at the war), and weighs targeting Luffy to find Marco (p. 9–11).
