The seed
Two Chekhov pieces are set on the table in one panel-run: the owl has something to say, and the crew’s animal-translator is standing right there. The last line makes the vocalisation itself the anomaly — this bird does not normally speak.
The payoff
(Pending — seed only; the translation does not happen ≤1192.)
Earliest known caller
(Unrecorded — recent-chapter 1100+ seed.)
Why this matters
The same page confirms Robin’s “Yes… Biblo saved them all…” — the archive that survived the library burning is the Ohara material (True History Ohara Was Killed For). An untranslated message from the one character who was alone with those books during the fire is a delivery mechanism Oda has pre-loaded, not a gag beat by default; and Chopper’s animal-speech has repeatedly been the arc-critical channel (Little Garden, Drum, Zou).
