Summary

Inside the Biscuits Room (Structure B, 3rd floor, third laboratory), the snow-woman Monet stalls the Straw Hats as the addicted captive children chase Mocha, who has stolen all of the drugged “candy” and refuses to give it back — trying to save them from the NHC10 addiction even as it puts her in mortal danger. A flashback exposes how Caesar Clown groomed the children: a fabricated story that his own son died of their “sickness,” Monet installed as a kindly handler, and addictive candy doled out as a reward — “It was all lies.” Monet’s Devil-Fruit power is shown in full for the first time: a snow Logia who sinks into the snow, walls off the exit, freezes the floor, and bites with a snow body that shrugs off gunfire — though Sanji’s heat drives her back. Robin (grazed but fine) pins her with Quatro Mano, Zoro slashes her and notices she “only defends, never attacks” — deducing she is stalling for time — and the brutal G-5 Marines, led for the moment by Sanji, charge in after the children.
