Summary

In the Biscuits Room corridor of Caesar’s lab, the G-5 Marines press on to rescue the captive children while Sanji and Tashigi stay behind to hold the hallway against the bird-woman Monet — whom the marines fear is “another Logia besides Caesar.” Sanji and Tashigi are both hamstrung by chivalry (neither will cut a woman at full strength), and Monet weaponizes it, taunting “Is it because I’m a woman? Why don’t you kill me?!” Zoro arrives and lectures Tashigi that refusing the finishing blow means she’ll “never win,” then proves the point: he treats Monet as a “wild beast” that will bite if not put down, paralyzes her with overwhelming killing intent (no Haki), and cuts her in two with One Sword Style “Dragon Quake” — though as a snow-Logia she reforms. Tashigi finishes the dazed Monet with “Cutting Mist,” and Zoro graciously hands her all the credit (“Nice work, Captain Four-Eyes”). The chapter closes on a confident close-up of Trafalgar Law.
