Summary
On the Performance Floor of the Skull Dome, Otama springs the secret weapon of the raid: using the captured broadcaster Bao Huang’s all-island transmission, she broadcasts an order to every Gifter who has eaten one of her millet dumplings — “change sides and fight… for big bro Luffy and Momonosuke… beat Kaido!!” One by one the SMILE-Zoan Gifters across every floor of Onigashima turn on the Beasts Pirates, throwing the entire island into chaos (“All of Onigashima is in chaos!!!”). Meanwhile three duels run in parallel: Sanji kicks Queen, who reveals he is a cyborg and a former member of the research collective MADS and keeps snarling at “Judge’s son”; Tony Tony Chopper, reduced to a frail “Baby Geezer” by Rumble Ball side effects, weighs a temporary plague cure from the mink doctor Miyagi; and Jinbei trades Fish-Man Karate with the Tobi Roppo Who’s-Who, who deploys the Six Powers of the government agents. Jinbe pegs Who’s-Who as a former CP9 agent who escaped from prison, and Who’s-Who confirms it: 12 years ago a single mistake — a Devil Fruit was stolen from a government ship under his watch — sent him to hell. That stolen fruit was the very Gum-Gum Fruit that the Straw Hat now eaten by Luffy.
New reveals
- Otama’s plan (“The Order”): every Gifter who ate one of her cheek-dango millet dumplings now obeys her absolutely; broadcast island-wide, the order flips Gifters on the Performance Floor, 2nd, 3rd, 4th floors, Basement 1F, Rightbrain Tower and the Leftbrain pleasure hall — “the plan was a smashing success!!!” (pp. 5-9).
- Who’s-Who is ex-CP9. He escaped from prison and wields the full Six Powers (Blade Pistol, Shave, Tempest Kick, Iron Body, Fang Pistol). Jinbe recognizes the techniques as “the fighting abilities of government agents” (pp. 13-16).
- Who’s-Who’s “single little mistake, 12 years ago”: a Devil Fruit was stolen from a government ship he was guarding, which is why he “went through hell” and ended up imprisoned (p. 16).
- That stolen fruit was the Gum-Gum Fruit — the one the Straw Hat (now Luffy) ate. Who’s-Who learned the truth when Straw Hat Luffy appeared two years ago (p. 17).
- Queen is a cyborg and a former member of the research collective MADS — the same research group Sanji’s father Vinsmoke Judge belonged to; Queen fights Sanji in his “Man-Beast form” (pp. 10-11).
- Chopper has a temporary plague treatment (via Miyagi) that lets the infected fight now but makes them “suffer twice as much later”; Chopper himself is in a weakened “Baby Geezer” state from Rumble Ball side effects (pp. 11-12).

Open questions raised
- Why was the World Government transporting the Gum-Gum Fruit under guard — what makes this “rubber Paramecia” worth a CP9 escort?
- Who stole the Gum-Gum Fruit from the government ship 12 years ago, and how does it connect to the “helmsman of the Straw Hat crew” Who’s-Who taunts Jinbe about?
- What is MADS, and how deep does the Queen–Judge–Vegapunk research lineage run?
- Will Chopper’s “suffer twice as much later” temporary cure have a cost for the infected later in the raid?
