Why this matters
The Ch. 105 ship-composition embedding is the first instance of the prophetic-crew-splash / pre-installation technique applied to an honorary-nakama slot. Vivi is not on the Ch. 1 page 2-3 Romance Dawn splash (she is not a canonical Straw Hat in the strict Joy-Boy-counterpart sense), but she occupies a structurally-isomorphic honorary slot that Oda pre-installs here, then pays off across the entire Alabasta arc and beyond.
Forward-pattern: every later Vivi-as-honorary-nakama beat re-keys to this Ch. 105 first-embedded-in-the-crew install:
