A four-faction pact sworn at Zou (Ch. 819) to take down Kaido and the Shogun of Wano — explicitly named on-page “the Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance” (p. 13). It joins the Straw Hat Pirates (Luffy) and Heart Pirates (Law) already-formed alliance with the Minks (kings Dogstorm & Cat Viper) and the Kozuki samurai/ninja (Kin’emon, Kanjuro, Raizo) under the heir Momonosuke. Luffy insists the allies are “friends,” not subordinates, and forbids them to bow (p. 14). First action deferred until Luffy retrieves Sanji from Big Mom.

Notable events
- Ch. 958 — Wano Act Three, the empty rally point: on raid night the alliance reaches Tokage Port to find the fleet, ~4,000 soldiers, and every ally (Law, Hyogoro, Dogstorm’s musketeers) gone or unreachable — the coordinated raid appears to collapse before it begins (pp. 11–15).
