The amnesia is lifted: Queen’s Brachio Bomber restores Big Mom’s memory at the Udon ironworks (“I remember everything now!!”, Ch. 947), and by Ch. 951 she is lucid and “back to normal” on Onigashima with Napoleon restored — the defused-Emperor negative-space setup pays off into the Yonko-summit clash with Kaido. Why this matters
Oda neutralizes one of the strongest characters at the exact moment she enters the arc — a negative-space setup (an Emperor present but defused) that loads tension for her eventual recovery.
