Summary
At Enies Lobby the rescue splinters across simultaneous fights while a far larger threat lands. Luffy confronts the lone agent guarding the giant “WORLD GOVT” door that Spandam used to flee with the captive Robin (“Robin’s past that door, isn’t she?!” / “She is. But you’ll never see her again.”). The guardian is not named on-page this chapter, but is drawn with a goatee and a vertical scar over one eye — visually Rob Lucci, beginning the duel for the path to Robin. Across the island, World Government staff and CP9 agents erupt in panic — “IT’S A BUSTER CALL!!” — realizing the Navy is about to annihilate the entire judicial island; the order goes out to bring a ship around to the Gates of Justice and evacuate, and the abandoned, terrified staff fear being “left behind.” In the chaos Kaku urges his group to “hurry to the Gates of Justice,” while elsewhere Zoro and the masked Sogeking bicker over naming a combo attack and an irritated Chopper snaps “This is no time to be thinking up good names!!”. Luffy and his opponent trade a flurry of blows, the agent using fast Six-Powers movement and redirection, until Luffy lands a clean strike and bursts past him toward the door. Meanwhile Nami vs. Kalifa: Kalifa demands Nami leave the key and flee, then deploys her soap power named on-page for the first time — “Golden Bubbles!!!” — coating Nami so her whole body turns slippery and weak (“Not a single wrinkle or pore is left on your body… Now your skin is perfect. I’m jealous”; “your ability to fight is halved”). Nami counters with her Clima-Tact’s “Mirage Tempo,” spawning illusory decoys to dodge Kalifa’s “Finger Pistol” and “Tempest Kick,” but is on the back foot. The fight is interrupted when a colossal, antlered, out-of-control monster — Chopper’s rampaging giant form — smashes through the wall roaring “GROAR!!!”; Nami’s side misreads the giant as Nami herself (“She super sized?!! So she’s got powers too!!”).
New reveals
- The Buster Call has been triggered at Enies Lobby. World Government staff and agents scream “IT’S A BUSTER CALL!!” and “The Navy’s gonna annihilate this place!!” (p. 5), with the order to “bring a ship around to the Gates of Justice; prepare for departure” (p. 5) and the abandoned staff fearing being “left behind” (pp. 5-6). The Buster Call — defined and repeatedly threatened across the Sea-Train leg — is now an active, in-progress event on-page, not merely described. (The full annihilation fleet response is still not yet depicted.)
- Luffy faces the door-guardian (unnamed on-page; visually Rob Lucci). The agent blocking the “WORLD GOVT” door confirms Robin went through it (“She is.”) but vows Luffy “will never see her again” (p. 4), then fights with fast Six-Powers movement and redirection before Luffy breaks past (pp. 7-14). (No name is spoken this chapter — recorded by visual identification; the figure has a goatee and a vertical eye-scar.)
- Kalifa’s power finally gets a named technique: “Golden Bubbles!!!” (p. 16). The strength-stripping soap/bubble effect that beat Sanji is now operationalized against Nami — it makes her whole body slippery and saps her strength (“you should give up on my key… your ability to fight is halved,” p. 17). (The fruit itself is STILL not named on-page — Kalifa’s
devil_fruitstays blank.) - Nami’s “Mirage Tempo.” Nami uses her Clima-Tact to project illusory body-double decoys (“I’m over here!” / “Here! Over here!”, p. 18) to evade Kalifa’s Tempest Kick / Finger Pistol — the Mirage-class illusion technique of the weapon shown in combat.
- Chopper’s giant out-of-control Monster transformation. A colossal antlered monster crashes into Kalifa’s room roaring “GROAR!!!” (pp. 19-20) — a huge, rampaging transformation beyond Chopper’s ordinary Rumble-Ball points. Nami’s side does not recognize it as Chopper (“What’s that?!!” / “She super sized?!! So she’s got powers too!!”).

Open questions raised
- Will the full Buster Call fleet response (Vice Admirals + warships) actually be depicted, and can the Straw Hats reach Robin before the island is destroyed?
- Can Nami overcome Kalifa’s strength-halving Golden Bubbles?
- How dangerous is Chopper’s giant out-of-control transformation, and what triggered it (over-use of Rumble Balls)?
- What is the name of Kalifa’s Devil Fruit (still withheld on-page)?
- Who exactly is the door-guardian, and how does the duel with Luffy resolve? (Name withheld this chapter.)
