Summary

At Enies Lobby, the berserk monster-form Chopper rampages through the tower interior, no longer recognizing Nami despite her frantic pleas; he smashes through walls and crashes downstairs toward where Sanji collapsed, leaving Nami to face the CP9 secretary Kalifa alone. Nami works out that Kalifa’s soap-slick coating can be neutralized with water, but Kalifa counters with her “Golden Bubbles” / “Relaxing Bubbles,” sapping Nami’s strength. Nami fights back with her upgraded Clima-Tact — Cloudy Tempo, Rain Tempo, Cool Ball/Cool Charge — and unveils her new signature illusion combat: Mirage Tempo and Fata Morgana, weaving four cold-air phantom duplicates plus the real Nami, then loosing a Thunder Ball barrage where only one ball in five carries a real electric charge. The chapter ends with Kalifa caught in the boom of the electrified bubbles, her guard down.
