Ch. 1188–Ch. 1189 are Imu-heavy but Lily-silent: Imu recants the Joy-Boy recognition (1188), names Gunko “Princess Shuri” (1188), and catalogs Luffy’s siblings (1189) — none of it touches Nefertari D. Lily. What did move is the founders’ count: Ch. 1189 p.13 says nineteen kings placed swords, against the Elders’ twenty to Cobra Ch. 1084 — the abstention now attested from both sides, which keeps the Nefertari line singular among the Twenty.
