It reads, but not via the Voice of All Things. If the eye decodes Poneglyphs by some other named mechanism (pure Three-Eye literacy unconnected to the Voice), the Voice-of-All-Things clause is wrong.
Three-Eye reading is reassigned. If Oda routes the “non-Robin Poneglyph reader” role to a different Three-Eye character and Pudding’s eye stays dormant, the Pudding- specific claim misses even if the faculty exists.

Retro-file (frontier 917); whole-corpus sweep. Two post-filing beats matter:

Ch. 1121 — Vegapunk’s broadcast montage of hunted “last descendants of rare races” includes a three-eyed girl alongside the Buccaneer, the winged elder and the Lunarian. The Three-Eye Tribe is canonized as a WG-targeted rare race, which raises the faculty’s stakes generally.
Ch. 1126 p.13 — the Blackbeard Pirates hold a bound “three-eyed girl,” paraded as a prize on top of capturing Garp, explicitly for her poneglyph-reading third eye. This is the strongest evidence yet that the third-eye-as-Poneglyph-reader gun is live and about to fire.

Deliberately NOT flipped, and confidence NOT bumped. The vault’s own patch note on that chapter is explicit that the captive is “unidentified on-page… theorized to be Charlotte Pudding” — she is never named or made identifiable in panel.
