CP8 (Cipher Pol No. 8) is one of the World Government’s standard numbered intelligence agencies — one of the Cipher Pol units. Per the Fandom infobox it is formally Cipher Pol Number 8 (サイファーポールナンバーエイト, Saifā Pōru Nanbā Eito). It is first named on-page Ch. 1068 (p. 3-4) as one of the government vessels that vanished near Egghead, and its agents first appear Ch. 1076 (pp. 10-11). CP8 sits among the publicly-known Cipher Pol divisions (CP1–CP8), below the secret assassination unit CP9 and the apex Cipher Pol “Aigis” Zero.
