One of the Five Elders, named on-page for the first time Ch. 1086 (p. 8), captioned “Five Elders (Godhead of Environment) — St. Marcus Mars.” In the Chamber-of-Flowers deliberation at Pangaea Castle he notes “There are signs of rebellion in Lulusia’s populace,” contributing to the decision to use Lulucia as the Mother Flame test site. Shown only in ordinary human form — devil fruit / true nature NOT on-page . With St. Jaygarcia Saturn (Ch. 1073) and the three other Elders named here, the Gorosei roster is now individually complete.
