Profile
A World Noble (Celestial Dragon) whose ship is wrecked by the seafloor’s creatures and sinks to Fish-Man Island, his crew killed (data box, Ch. 625 p. 3). The sole survivor; he demands a mask, a doctor, and that the fish-men he calls “slaves” return him to the surface. The Celestial Dragon spared by a fish-man queen — and the first sympathetic-by-debt member of the caste in the FMI flashback.

Egghead aftermath — executed at Sacred Mariejois (Ch. 1086)
- In “the present day in Sacred Marijoa,” a single Celestial Dragon is publicly executed — captioned “the man he had executed, for protecting the fish-men… was St. Donquixote Mjosgard” (p. 15). The killing pays off Mjosgard’s Otohime-debt redemption arc (his Ch. 625/Ch. 907 turn toward defending fish-men) with his death at the hands of the Holy Knights. Reverie — repays the Otohime debt (Ch. 907)
- Strikes Saint Charlos down to free Shirahoshi, then begs the gathered royals’ forgiveness “as a fellow Celestial Dragon” (pp. 14-15).
- Reveals himself on-page as St. Don Quixote Mjosgard — a Donquixote World Noble — and recalls “ten long years ago… who washed into your realm” and was saved; “it was the speech of the late Queen Otohime that gave me my humanity” (pp. 15-16).

Fish-Man Island — Otohime flashback, first appearance (Ch. 625)
- His ship, attacked by the creatures of the seafloor, sinks to Fish-Man Island; he berates his dead crew as “weak-willed trash” and calls the islanders his slaves (pp. 2-5).
- Nearly executed by vengeful fish-men — one argues a World Noble this far under the sea is “just another shipwrecked corpse” whose power “is only guaranteed by your Navy Admirals” (p. 6) — until Otohime takes a bullet to save him (pp. 7-8).
- After weeks of fish-man medical care he recovers, then repays them with threats — “I’ll make you regret that!”. Otohime escorts him back to the surface to negotiate with the World Nobles (pp. 16-19).
