- Big Mom's craving illness has wasted her into a slim, ferociously nimble 'monster' her own crew barely recognizes, fixated on the wedding cake she believes is aboard the Thousand Sunny (her son told her so)
- Napoleon's blade form has a named flaming-sword state, 'Cognac' — a giant burning sword that answers Big Mom's command 'Yes, mama!!'
- Jinbe single-handedly fends off Big Mom on the Sunny: blocks Cognac (Kairagi Glaze), shoulder-throws her, douses her and the burning sail with an Ocean Current, and blasts her off the ship with Fish-Man Karate Secret Art: Vagabond Drill
- Brook is immune to Zeus's lightning because, as a flesh-less skeleton, there is nothing for the bolt to sear
- Nami and Brook's real target was never Big Mom but Zeus — they lure the lightning-cloud homie with treats and make Nami's Clima-Tact absorb his entire charge, discharging Zeus 'into oblivion' and leaving him a shrunken, dying husk
- Nami offers the depleted Zeus a choice — become her servant, or die — opening the recruitment of a Big Mom homie to the Straw Hat side
- With Zeus drained, Big Mom falls back on her remaining special homie Prometheus and orders pursuit of the fleeing Sunny

Summary
Wasted thin by her craving illness, Big Mom catches the fleeing Thousand Sunny at sea, screaming for the wedding cake her son told her is aboard, and threatening to “take the life of my eldest son” if it isn’t there. She is lucid enough to recognize a lie and call out her bicorne homie Napoleon, whose blade ignites into the giant flaming sword “Cognac.” Jinbei holds the line almost alone: he blocks Cognac with Kairagi Glaze, shoulder-throws Big Mom, raises an Ocean Current to drench her (extinguishing the sail Nami had set ablaze as a decoy), and finally launches her off the ship with Fish-Man Karate Secret Art: Vagabond Drill — Chopper’s Guard Point and Carrot’s recovery covered behind him. Big Mom recovers instantly and returns, but the crew’s true plan unfolds: Brook — immune to lightning because he is a flesh-less skeleton — and Nami bait the lightning-cloud homie Zeus with treats, then have Nami’s Clima-Tact swallow his entire electric charge, discharging Zeus “into oblivion” until he is a shrunken, dying husk. Nami offers the spent homie a choice: be her servant, or die. As the Sunny pulls away, Big Mom — robbed of Zeus — calls on her remaining special homie Prometheus and orders her crew after them.
New reveals
- Big Mom’s craving illness has turned her into an unrecognizable, slim “monster.” Years of girth gone, eerily nimble and single-minded, she is consumed by the search for the wedding cake she believes is on the Sunny — “My son said it would be here!!!” (pp. 4-6). She vows to “take the life of my eldest son with my own hands” if it’s not (p. 6).
- Napoleon’s flaming-sword form is named “Cognac.” Commanded by Big Mom, Napoleon’s blade becomes a giant burning sword that answers “Yes, mama!!” — narration calls a strike from it “a swing from Cognac” (pp. 7-8).
- Jinbe can trade blows with an Emperor’s homie-weapon. He blocks Cognac (Kairagi Glaze), wins a clash of strength, shoulder-throws Big Mom, raises an Ocean Current to douse her and the burning sail, and blasts her off the ship with Fish-Man Karate Secret Art: Vagabond Drill (pp. 8-13).
- Brook is immune to lightning. “Without any flesh to sear, lightning does nothing to me” — Zeus’s bolts pass harmlessly through the skeleton (p. 16).
- The crew’s target was Zeus, not Big Mom. Nami and Brook bait the lightning-cloud homie with treats; Nami’s Clima-Tact absorbs his charge and they “discharge Zeus into oblivion,” leaving him shrivelled and dying (pp. 15-20).
- Nami moves to recruit a Big Mom homie. She offers the depleted Zeus: “Will you be my servant?… Or will you die?” — a Big Mom soul-homie being turned to the Straw Hat side (p. 20).
- Big Mom falls back on Prometheus. With Zeus drained, she summons her remaining special homie Prometheus and orders the pursuit of the Sunny (p. 20).
