Chapter 875: A Woman's Honor

Summary

In the grip of an uncontrollable craving for wedding cake, Big Mom personally pursues the fleeing Straw Hats across the Seducing Woods, using her sun-homie Prometheus as a flame blade (“Murasame”) and trying to recall her cloud-homie Zeus to her side. Nami’s command over the homies via Lola’s Vivre Card has failed now that Big Mom is present to override it directly, so Nami instead exploits Zeus’s gluttony — luring him with a “gourmet” weather egg, letting him swallow it, then detonating “Tempo” inside him to blast a path of escape. Luffy (Hawk Gatling), Jinbei (Spear Wave), Sanji, Carrot and Pedro keep running, restrained from suicidal counterattacks against the Emperor. Meanwhile, on the cream-jammed Juice River of Sweet City, Brook and Chopper make for the Thousand Sunny, only to find it held by Big Mom Pirates who insist their friends are dead and offer to let the two flee on Law’s submarine — an offer Brook and Chopper reject (“That’s OUR Sunny!!”). On Cacao-side, Chiffon, citing a woman’s honor and the debt owed for the Straw Hats saving her sister Lola, resolves to bake a substitute wedding cake to calm her mother’s rampage, over the fears of her husband Bege.
