Summary
Luffy keeps mocking Pica’s incongruously high-pitched voice; the enraged supreme officer hurls an entire stone-fused district at the fleeing group, scattering Luffy, Zoro, the wounded Law and the colosseum survivors clear across Dressrosa to the square outside the coliseum (pages 2-6). There Cavendish menaces the “Worst Generation” for stealing his fame, returns Law’s spotted hat, and bickers with Luffy over who gets to bring down Doflamingo (pages 6-8). One after another, the colosseum’s strongest fighters arrive — Don Chin Jao’s Happo Army, Hajrudin of Elbaf, King Elizabello II and Dagama of Prodence, Abdullah & Jeet, Fleet Commodore Orlumbus, Blue Gilly, Suleiman and Ideo — each declaring he alone will take Doflamingo’s head to repay his debt to Luffy, “god Usopp,” or King Riku (pages 9-11). Sai reveals the Chin Jao Family’s true reason for coming: to destroy Doflamingo’s dark business (page 9). The ego-clashing captains nearly brawl until Luffy bellows them down, then the whole mob, riding the fighting bull Ucy, charges back toward Pica as one army — Elizabello throws a half-charged King Punch and Chin Jao drives a Hasshoken Drill Dragon Nail into Pica’s giant stone arm (pages 12-17).
New reveals
- The Chin Jao Family (“We originally came to this country to destroy Doflamingo’s dark business!!”) reveals its hidden reason for entering Dressrosa/the colosseum — distinct from Chin Jao’s old Garp grudge (page 9).
- A large bloc of independent colosseum captains spontaneously and simultaneously pledge to take Doflamingo’s head to repay their debt to Luffy / “god Usopp” / King Riku, coalescing into an improvised army that charges behind Luffy (pages 9-15).
- Chin Jao openly drops his three-generation grudge against the Monkey family: “Halt, grandson of Garp! …I have forgotten my grudge against your family!!” (page 9).

Open questions raised
- Will this improvised host of rival captains hold together as a single force, or fracture over their competing egos?
- Can the gladiators actually break through Pica’s city-sized stone body to reach Doflamingo?
- What exactly is Doflamingo’s “dark business” that drew the Chin Jao Family all the way to Dressrosa?
