Summary

The Colosseum fighters and Luffy throw themselves at Pica’s city-sized stone giant, racing to reach Doflamingo at the royal plateau. Chinjao’s drillhead, Orlumbus’s Destruction Cannon, Cavendish’s Swan Lake and Hajrudin’s Grizzly Magnum all fail to stop the regenerating stone. Riding the fighting bull “Moocy” up Pica’s back with bounty hunters Abdullah and Jeet, Luffy learns two things: Pica’s hulking form conceals an absurdly high-pitched soprano voice, and the giant’s real human body is embedded within the stone — the only point worth striking. As the fighters fight to lift Luffy to the plateau, Law catches up and tells Luffy the truth behind the alliance: thirteen years ago Doflamingo murdered the man Law loved — Corazon, once a supreme officer of the Donquixote Family and Doflamingo’s own younger brother. Law wants to take Doflamingo down himself.

Payoffs (seeds from earlier chapters that resolve here)

(None resolve on-page this chapter. The Grand-Fleet seed continues — the pledged fighters now fight Pica as a coordinated unit to lift Luffy to the plateau — but its explicit fleet payoff is still forward.)
