Dressrosa — at Mansherry’s side (Ch. 789)

• Reassures the despairing Mansherry that she “cweated a miwacle” and the rest is up to “Luffyland” (p. 14).

Dressrosa — rallying the gladiators (Ch. 753)

• “Dagama the tactician” rallies the formerly-rival gladiators to stop racing each other and instead unite to push Luffy to the top — “this is a battle!!!” (pp. 14–16). See Colosseum Fighters Pledge To Luffy Grand Fleet Seed.

Dressrosa — the gladiator rally (Ch. 748)

• The Tactician backs Elizabello II’s claim on Doflamingo’s head; disavows interest in the bounty (p.10).

Dressrosa — the undercity (Ch. 726) — silenced over the Riku name

• Elizabello’s man in the undercity; begins to slander the Riku name (“the name of Riku is sullied by—”) and is sharply silenced — “If you do not know the tragedy that occurred, you have no right to comment on his majesty’s good name!!!” (p. 8).

Dressrosa — Block B (Ch. 709) — the alliance collapses

• His Prodence battle-royale alliance unravels when his hired muscle Blue Gilly turns on it (“Dagama… you traitor!!!”, p. 5). Dagama is then taken out — “And there goes Dagama the tactician!!!” (p. 7) — though his plan did succeed in thinning the ring for the King Punch.

Dressrosa — the Corrida Colosseum (Ch. 706)

• Paraded in the Block B roster montage (“Tactician Dagama,” p. 13). At the opening bell he marshals the weak fighters into a coordinated army to eliminate the dangerous ones first — “only the last survivor can win! Results are everything!! …Gama ha ha ha!!” (p. 15).

Dressrosa — Block B (Ch. 707) — the Prodence alliance

• Dagama “the Tactician,” of the Prodence, orchestrates a battle-royale alliance: protect King Elizabello II while thinning the ring so the king can charge his King Punch (“Tell me when to strike, Dagama!!” / “Protect the king… and thin out the numbers in the ring!!”, pp. 3, 5).
• States the prize-motive openly: the Flame-Flame Fruit “will come to Prodence when all is said and done!!”; calls Elizabello II “a living weapon of destruction” (p. 3).
• Hires foreign muscle (Tank Lepanto, Bellamy) into the alliance.
