- Impel Down's Level-4 jailer beast 'the Minotaur' debuts — a giant cow/bull-man jailer beast that Luffy and Bon Clay (then Buggy and Mr. 3) must beat to descend.
- 'Iva,' the 'Queen of the Kamabakka Queendom,' is named for the first time as the 'somebody' Bon Clay wants to reach in the lower levels — a 'Miracle Worker' imprisoned 'on trumped-up charges' whom Bon Clay wants to rescue. (Answers Ch. 0523's open question of who rules the Kamabakka Queendom.)
- Level 4 'Inferno Hell' is shown in approach — a 'giant cooking pot' / sea of fire, with a 'boiling pond of blood' below it; the superheated dividing wall is too hot to touch.
- Buggy debuts a miniaturized, body-concealable version of the Buggy Ball — the 'Special Muggy Ball' (renamed; 'It's not named after you anymore!').
- Impel Down's command response: Magellan deploys his forces to Level 4, sends Saldeath to crush Buggy's Level-2 riot, and Hannyabal vows to execute the intruders himself if they reach Inferno Hell.
- Chapter closes cutting to a shadowed Ace (who already knows Luffy has come) internally pleading 'Don't come here… Luffy!' as all Impel Down forces mass on Level 4.

Summary
Inside Impel Down, the monitor room reads off the prisoner registry of “Straw Hat Luffy’s accomplices” — Buggy, Bentham/Mr. 2 Bon Clay and Galdino/Mr. 3 — now believed to be heading for Level 4 while Luffy and Bon Clay “wreak havoc” on Level 3. With Saldeath off suppressing Buggy’s Level-2 riot, Warden Magellan (with Chief Guard Sadie urging “the hunt”) deploys the rest of his forces to Level 4, and Under Warden Hannyabal vows to execute the intruders himself should they reach Inferno Hell. On Level 3, Luffy and Bon Clay are ambushed by the lightning-fast jailer beast the Minotaur; Luffy’s Gum-Gum Jet Bazooka staggers it. In the lull, Bon Clay shows Luffy the searing wall down to Level 4, “Inferno Hell” — a sea of fire over a boiling pond of blood — and reveals who he wants to reach in the depths: “Iva,” the “Miracle Worker” and “Queen of the Kamabakka Queendom,” jailed on trumped-up charges, whom Bon Clay means to rescue. The recovered Minotaur charges again; Buggy and Mr. 3 rejoin the fight, Buggy detonating his concealed new Special Muggy Ball and Mr. 3 wax-coating Luffy’s fist with a “Candle Lock” so Luffy can finish the beast with a Gum-Gum Hammer Rifle. As the four celebrate beating “the hell beast,” the chapter cuts to a shadowed Ace — who already knows his brother is coming — silently begging “Don’t come here… Luffy!” while Magellan’s entire force gathers on Level 4.
New reveals
- The Minotaur — Impel Down jailer beast (debut). A giant cow/bull-man “cold-blooded monster,” captioned “MINOTAUR / JAILER BEAST” (p. 7). Extremely fast and resilient, it survives a Gum-Gum Jet Bazooka and a Special Muggy Ball before going down. The narration defines the Jailer Beasts as a class: “cold-blooded monsters that treat human beings like trash” (p. 7).
- “Iva,” Queen of the Kamabakka Queendom (first mention). Bon Clay names the “somebody” he wants to reach below: a “Miracle Worker,” the “Pink Paradise of the Grand Line,” “the world’s greatest drag queen,” “the Queen of the Kamabakka Queendom” — called “Iva,” “arrested on trumped-up charges,” whom Bon Clay wants to “meet… if possible, rescue” (pp. 14–15). Named-but-not-shown.
- Level 4 “Inferno Hell” shown in approach (pp. 13–14): a “giant cooking pot” / sea of fire whose heat radiates up through a wall “hotter than a boiling pot”; “below this all you’ll find is the boiling pond of blood.” A level diagram (Lv. 2–4) is given (p. 14).
- Buggy’s “Special Muggy Ball” (pp. 16–17): a miniaturized Buggy Ball “small enough to conceal on my body while maintaining its destructive ability” — explicitly renamed (“It’s not named after you anymore!”).
- Impel Down command response: Saldeath is dispatched to crush Buggy’s Level-2 riot; Magellan judges Level 3 too riddled with escape routes and deploys his forces to Level 4; Hannyabal will “execute them myself” if they descend to Inferno Hell (pp. 5–6).
- Prison registry numbers read aloud (p. 4): Buggy (no. 8620), Bentham/Mr. 2 Bon Clay (no. 0995), Galdino/Mr. 3 (no.

- Can Luffy’s group survive the descent to Level 4 “Inferno Hell” now that Magellan has massed all his forces there?
- Why does Ace beg Luffy not to come — what does he foresee?
