Having raised Onigashima into the sky on flame clouds , Kaido explicitly announces his plan: move the entire island over the Flower Capital

The announced threat becomes an imminent clock: Onigashima is minutes from the Flower Capital , the flame clouds are weakening (the island cracking), and the fortress is named “a giant bomb” of weapons and explosives. The burden the seed predicted — that Momonosuke must keep the island aloft — is now explicit (he vows to push it back). The alliance also resolves to hide the danger from Luffy (dramatic-irony layer). Still pending — the island has not fallen.

The fall-mechanism is recapped: Kaido ’s flame clouds hold Onigashima aloft; defeating him drops the island on the Flower Capital and detonates its basement gunpowder, “tens of thousands of innocent people.” A parallel midair-detonation threat (Kanjuro ’s “Burning Hatred” dragon, on Orochi ’s orders) is now in play, with Yamato pursuing. Raizo + Jinbei flush out the fires with the Water of Zou, but the rescue exposes a fresh disaster: with Kaido still alive and weakening, his flame clouds are failing and “Onigashima is going to fall!!!” onto the Flower Capital . The burden is re-stated as Momonosuke ’s — “you have to make flame clouds to keep Onigashima aloft!! It’s always been the only solution!!” Held pending — whether the island is dropped on / kept off the capital is forward.
