Summary
The Block C battle royale at the Corrida Colosseum reaches its climax. Kelly Funk reveals the Jacket-Jacket Fruit: he transforms into a coat and slips over his younger brother Bobby, fusing into a single battle-monster whose violent instincts make the brothers unstoppable — until Sai, who declares himself the 13th chief of the Happosui Army sworn to avenge his subordinate Boo, levels them with one Hasshoken kick. Elsewhere Don Chin Jao chases “Lucy” (Luffy), nursing a grudge that Garp once stole “an uncountable fortune” and “the memories of my youth”; now a bounty hunter, Chin Jao boasts he is hunting the covered-up Impel Down Level 6 escapees (he names Buggy, Jinbei, Crocodile, Ivankov, Shiryu of the Rain), tipping Luffy off that some Level 6 prisoners are loose. Chin Jao headbutts Jean “the Bandit” Ango out of the ring, Sai and Ideo are billed as the two favorites, and when Chin Jao’s drill-head charge meets Luffy’s fist, a collision of Supreme King Haki erupts that knocks Block C down to just two standing.
