Dressrosa — the marionette decoy, discarded by Doflamingo (Ch. 752)

• Used as the human core of Doflamingo’s “String-Joker” marionette body-double that decoys Luffy and Law; the recap states the real Doflamingo “wiped out Kelly Funk the assassin in an instant” (p. 7) — discarded by the man he served.

Dressrosa — the Corrida Colosseum (Ch. 706)

Dressrosa — Corrida Colosseum, Block C (Ch. 715) — transforms into a giant

• The big brother of the assassin Funk Brothers, now placed on-page in the Mogaro Kingdom — a duo infamous in the criminal underworld for taking down pirates worth at least nine digits (pp. 13–14). With his brother Bobby Funk’s help (“Hurry, Bobby… put it on!”), Kelly transforms into a giant and pummels Boo (pp. 16–17).

Dressrosa — the Corrida Colosseum, Block C (Ch. 716) — Jacket-Jacket Fruit reveal

• Jacket-Jacket Fruit reveal: the transformation held unnamed @0715 is named here — Kelly turns into a coat (“Jacket-Jacket! Two-in-a-coat!”) and “puts himself on” his brother Bobby, taking over Bobby’s powerful body and personality while keeping his own will — “I’m a jacket-man with the powers of the Jacket-Jacket Fruit! I can control anything that puts me on — man, animal or monster!” (pp. 3–4). The fused brothers rampage through Block C until Sai kicks them down (pp. 6–7).

Dressrosa — the mountain race; the “shortcut” (Ch. 751)

• Resurfaces as an ally: with his brother Bobby worn as a coat (Jake Jake no Mi), Kelly offers Luffy a “shortcut” to the flower field, blasts through a wall (“Right through there, Straw Hat!! …we’ll guard the entrance!!”), then gets knocked off Moocy mid-charge (pp. 13–15). Captioned again as one of the “Assassins from Mogaro — Funk Brothers” (p. 13).
