The claim
The 'human by the name of Lily' who lived on Elbaf 'a long, long time ago' (Biblo's message, 1195) is Nefertari D. Lily, the founding king who did not move to Mary Geoise. Before the Elbaf arc closes, the page ties Biblo's Lily to the Void-Century queen explicitly, by surname, by the Nefertari/Alabasta line, by the poneglyph 'liberation', or by a letter in her hand. She is not introduced as an unrelated person.

This claim is about who Biblo’s Lily is, and nothing else. It says nothing about Imu’s nature, race or origin, and it neither supports nor contradicts Imu Possessed Lily, which stays under It also says nothing about the meaning of the D. The letter’s content is not predicted.

The claim

Reasoning

Converging techniques (5 distinct): chekhov-explicit · prop-tell · negative-space · dialogue-from-dead-character · name-etymology.

Pricing. Five techniques gives an anchor of ≈0.8. The note is priced 0.7 because this is an identity inference with no surname on-page, and the Japanese spelling on 1195 p.10 has not been checked (see name-etymology below). Neither flag that caps confidence applies. This is not a universal-quantifier claim and not a canon-inversion claim. It is the reading the page leans toward.

  1. chekhov-explicit, a message built up over three chapters (Ch. 1191 → Ch. 1193 → @1195). 1191: Biblo, “a silent owl”, will not stop hooting, and the giants ask Chopper to translate. 1193: there is “a letter and tool passed down… from Biblo’s grandpa’s generation” in a chest in the Owl Library’s “Secret Chamber Around Back”. Biblo wants it opened “right now”, in the middle of the battle. 1195: the message’s first line is a name, “Lily”. A delivery spread over three chapters whose first payload is a name is a setup for that name to matter.
  2. prop-tell, the chest holds a letter. The only Lily the series has defined is defined by a letter: Cobra reveals the Nefertari kings have passed down an “800-year-old letter” from her (Ch. 1084 p.9), and he dies relaying it (Ch. 1085 pp.10–11, signed “—Nefeltari D. Lily”). A second centuries-old letter, kept by a line of record-keepers, is the obvious way for the page to make the connection.
  3. negative-space, her later life is missing from the record (@1084 pp.7–9). The Five Elders say Lily’s younger brother took the Alabasta throne and that she never came back to rule. Her name was erased from the World Government’s records. Imu credits her with the worldwide “liberation of the poneglyphs” 800 years ago (@1085 pp.3–4), which is work that requires travel. A queen who left, never came back to rule, and spread stones across the world is exactly the person who could once have “lived on this island”.
  4. dialogue-from-dead-character, she already speaks through documents (@1085). Lily’s voice reaches the present only through what she wrote. The library that keeps Ohara’s rescued books (Elbaf Owl Library Holds Oharas Rescued Books Robins Destination) is where a second such voice would be kept, and Robin is the listener (“Lily?”, @1195 p.10).
  5. name-etymology, the spelling check is open. VIZ prints a bare “Lily”. The Void-Century queen is リリィ Ririi (the Nefertari doubled-syllable pattern: Vivi, Titi, Lili). The unrelated Bellamy-crew Lily is リリー. Nobody has checked the raw kana on 1195 p.10. A リリィ there would confirm the match. A リリー would cut this note sharply. See A Human Named Lily Once Lived On Elbaf §Name layer.

Why it stays at 0.7 and no higher. Oda reuses given names, and nothing on the page rules out a different, otherwise unknown human. “A long, long time ago” does not give a date, and “centuries” does not have to mean 800 years. The message may also identify her only by implication. That is why there is a partial-credit rule below.

Supporting evidence

What would refute this

  1. A different Lily. If the page identifies Biblo’s Lily as someone else (another surname, another era, or a person with no tie to Alabasta, the Nefertari line or the founding), refuted.
  2. The kana. If the Japanese text of 1195 p.10 is shown to spell リリー rather than リリィ, this is not a refutation on its own, but it is a strong drag. The scorer should cut confidence by at least 0.15 and re-read the rest of Biblo’s message against this note.
  3. Silence through the arc. If the Elbaf arc closes with no further identification of Lily (the message is dropped or she stays a bare first name), refuted on the time bound.
  4. Partial credit. If the page strongly implies the identification but never states it (Robin’s reaction, a “dawn” phrase or a poneglyph link, with no surname or explicit tie to Alabasta and the Nefertari), score partially-confirmed.

Time bound: within the Elbaf arc.
