• negative-space — the galleon that FELL out of the sky onto the sea (Ch. 221) seeds the sky-destination by implication rather than statement (something must be up there for a ship to fall down).
• dialogue-from-dead-character — Noland’s diary (the Waver, the sky fish, the toll of a giant bell) speaks across 400 years as the historical proof the sky sea is real (Ch. 228).

What happened: Every clause settled on-page, well inside the read window. Sail up via a vertical sea-current: the Knock-Up Stream erupts as a vertical geyser (Ch. 236 pp. 10–11, “KA-BLOOM”) and the Going Merry literally sails up it — “The ship’s sailing vertically up the surface of the water current!” (p. 14) — with Nami navigating the ship into level flight (p. 18, “We’re flying!!”). A genuine sailable sky destination: the Merry breaches into the White-White Sea (Ch. 237 p. 8, “This must be… the Sky Ocean”) and arrives under the cloud arch reading “GODLAND SKYPIEA” (Ch. 239 pp. 1–5, caption “Skypiea, Land of the Gods on the White-White Sea”), beaching at Angel Beach. Real ground that ROSE, not sank: Nami reads Upper Yard as “a fragment of what we saw on the ground” (@0251), Robin confirms genuine ancient ruins persisting in the sky (@0258), the Shandian flashback states the island flew up 400 years ago (@0275), and Ch. 292 pp. 13–16 SHOWS the Knock-Up Stream launching Jaya skyward — the literal rise mechanism on-panel. Noland vindicated: Robin matches the sky fish (@0237 p. 15) and the waver (“boats that run without wind,” @0239 p. 16) to Noland’s diary.

What we got right / wrong: Right — all four clauses, with no surviving refuter: the route IS sailable in the crew’s own ship (not one-directional or non-ship), Upper Yard IS real risen ground (the “cloud-material/illusion” refuter dead at @0251/@0258), and the Log-Pose-needle/falling-galleon seeds were true destination-tells, not a localized anomaly. Wrong — nothing in the claim, but plenty in the process: this was a retro-filed prediction. It was filed 2026-06-03 with the frontier already at ~427, citing post-arrival evidence (@0249–0277) in its own frontmatter, and the settling chapters (@0236–0239) had been captured before filing. It then idled at open for six days until the calibration audit flagged it. This confirm is a verified retrodiction and should NOT be counted toward forward-call hit-rates (per the 2026-06-09 calibration report’s methods caveat).

Confidence calibration check: We filed at 0.8; in retrospect this was under-confident to the point of miscategorization — against the evidence the note itself cited at filing time, the claim was already settled on-page (~0.99), so 0.8 measured filing hygiene, not predictive judgment. The honest lesson is procedural: claims already settled in-window should be filed as settled (or scored same-day), not entered as open predictions.
