Profile
Ooklicia — daughter of the chieftain of the Nihoshi Army, named on-page Ch. 771 (p. 7) as Sai’s arranged betrothed. The marriage would have merged the Niho (“two treasures”) of the Nihoshi Army and the Happo (“eight treasures”) of the Happosui Army into a single “ten-treasure” army. Chin Jao annuls the betrothal this chapter, freeing Sai.
