Summary

As Big Mom’s craving-illness rampage drives a killer wave at the fleeing Thousand Sunny, the crew despairs — out of cola for another Coup de Burst, and afraid of wasting Pedro’s life. Jinbei seizes the helm and tacks the ship at high speed straight into the breaking wave, taking shelter in the “Green Room,” a brief wave-room inside the collapsing wave that fish-men use as a playground. Hidden inside the curling water, the Sunny rides out the surge while Big Mom, lost to her hunger, believes she sank them. At the Mirro-World, Perospero radios Katakuri that the operation is off — the target ship “already sank” — even as Brûlée’s mirrors to the Sunny start shattering. The crew is deliberately smashing every mirror on the ship: on Nami’s captain’s order, this walls off a Big Mom Pirates boarding but also traps Luffy in the Mirro-World. Through the last mirror they hand Luffy the plan — beat Katakuri, find a mirror to Cacao Island, and meet at Sanji’s new cake (10 hours away). Then Katakuri brutally dominates Luffy with mochi attacks (Willow Mochi), leaving him bloodied. Mocking, Katakuri voices Luffy’s resolve — “‘I don’t intend to die here’” — a beat before Luffy gasps the same words, and asks if he should take it as Luffy’s last will and testament.
