Vivi does not appear in Ch. 1188–Ch. 1192. A grep for Vivi | Nefertari | Nefeltari | Alabasta | Lily | Cobra | Morgans across the five chapter notes returns hits only in Ch. 1189, and all four are the vault’s own annotation of the abstention — no on-page Vivi content anywhere in the window. None of the four refuters fired: she is not captured as a vessel or cure, not killed, not written out, and no flag-of-the-dawn payoff has resolved through another heir.

Two corrections to the 2026-07-25 entry, both of wording and page, neither of substance.

1. The nineteen-weapons canonization is at 1189 p.15, not p.13. The TCB paraphrase “the 19 kings who forged our world made a vow of equality!! They placed their swords all around the empty throne to mark that oath” is replaced by VIZ’s “EIGHT HUNDRED YEARS AGO… THE 19 KINGS WHO CREATED THIS WORLD… …TOOK AN OATH OF EQUALITY, THRUSTING THEIR WEAPONS INTO THE FLOOR AROUND THE EMPTY THRONE!!!” The count of 19 is unchanged, and Ch. 1189 still files this as a confirmed payoff of The Empty Throne Holds Only Nineteen Weapons Marking The Nefertari Abstention. The background reinforcement the July entry claimed therefore survives in full — the Nefertari abstention remains a real structural fact of the founding. (Note the page never says “Nefertari”; the abstention is the vault’s inference from the count matching Cobra’s record, as it always was.)
2. Imu’s D.-line fixation reads, in VIZ, “MONKEY D. LUFFY!!” / “A hateful name…” at pp.7–8, not “such a detestable name to Mu” at p.6, and Imu counts “two brothers of different names” — Ace and Sabo — not “an ill-mannered trio.” Still neutral between the liberation-heir and possession-vessel branches, exactly as logged.

about reaching the King of the World: nobody ever has. Shanks — “If it were that simple… …someone else would have done it already!!!” (p.10) — and Loki — “I never did find my way to him!!!” (p.11). Read one way this raises the bar for any anti-Imu actor, Vivi included. Read the other way, the same pages supply the mechanism by which the bar drops — Loki’s “So if that’s the King of the World right there… I’ll never get a better chance!!!” (p.11): the King has come out. The two readings cancel, and neither is about Vivi.

Also relevant to the competing possession-vessel branch and cutting mildly against it: Ch. 1191 pp.5–6 has Imu confess God Valley in the first person — “I should have eliminated all of it… along with Rocks” — framing Imu’s method toward hunted lineages as extermination, not acquisition. That is a lineage-purge register rather than a host-harvest register. Too indirect to move the number, and Vivi is named nowhere in it, but worth having on the record.
