Iceberg Avoids World Government Pursuit

The seed
In Ch. 328 (pp. 11–13) a World Government official, Corgy , chases Iceberg all the way to Water Seven by Sea Train ; Iceberg refuses him and his foremen reflexively cover for him. The tell is reinforced Ch. 331 , where the object the WG wants is made explicit as an unnamed “something I have .”
Corgy: “Hold it, Iceberg… I smell pirates… I need to speak to you.” Iceberg: “I’m not here today”; “I don’t like you. Leave.” His Galley-La foremen lie for him on reflex (“tell them we’re not here”) and offer to chase the government men off. Combined with the masked CP9 figure recalled by Sanji on p. 2 (a continuation of the @0325 tell), this establishes that the World Government wants something from Iceberg and that an assassin organization is already moving into the city.
Ch. 331 — pp. 2–3 —
the unnamed “something I have” made explicit (Mr. Corgi’s recurring demand)
In Iceberg ’s Galley-La office, his secretary Kalifa reports that the recurring petitioner Mr. Corgi (Corgy ) keeps coming with “all kinds of conditions” wanting “something I have ,” and always leaves “in a huff.” Kalifa asks: “Is it something valuable?” Iceberg dismisses it (“I know nothing about such a thing… chase him away”). The object is deliberately left unnamed — pure negative-space. This converts the @0328 comic gate-dodging gag into a stated fact: persistent, powerful parties keep coming to demand a specific unnamed valuable that Iceberg refuses to surrender — the low-key planting of the arc’s central intrigue. Robin’s wanted poster (79,000,000) is also on the office wall (p. 3).
Ch. 336 — p. 14 —
“what I’ve been hiding” — first on-page statement of the secret (merged from the near-dup “Iceberg Is Hiding Something Pursuers Want” proposal)
Bedridden and bandaged after the shooting, Iceberg reasons that his attackers “must have been after what I’ve been hiding ” because he “turned them down yesterday.” This converts the @0328/@0331 “something I have” gate-dodging tell into Iceberg himself stating he is concealing something the attackers (and their backers) want — the clearest pre-reveal tell that he holds a dangerous secret. The public frame-up of the Straw Hats (incl. Nico Robin , pp. 10–11) rides on top of it. Ch. 344 — pp. 13–15 —
the “something Iceberg has / what I’ve been hiding” is NAMED: the Pluton blueprints
The unnamed valuable the World Government kept coming for is revealed on-page: Iceberg names the hidden plans as the Ancient Weapon “Pluton ” — “a battleship that was built on this island a long time ago” — the blueprints his master Tom entrusted to him and which the shipwright lineage preserved as an “opposing force” (pp. 13–15). The @0328/@0331/@0336 gate-dodging / “what I’ve been hiding” tells are confirmed: the covert CP9 operation embedded in Galley-La Company is after the Pluton blueprints, and the polite Mr. Corgi pursuit was the soft edge of it.
