Commander of the Revolutionary Army’s Northern Forces; a masked figure who commands / disperses into a flock of crows (snatching enemies’ swords mid-air) and carries a voice “amplifier” (Ch. 904, pp. 11, 14–15). His name Karasu (烏) is Japanese for “crow” (etymology pass candidate). His power source is not named on-page this chapter.
