Summary
In the bath chamber of the Tower of Law, hot water from a shattered bathtub (“RRRMMM… DOOM!!!”) breaks the soap-bubble petrification Kalifa had inflicted on Sanji, restoring him to flesh in front of a startled Nami (p. 2). After a comic reunion — Nami “I wish the bathtub had hit you” — they note the petrified Usopp/Sniper King beside them (“not even one syllable matches ‘Sniper King’ anymore,” p. 3). Out the window they see the Gates of Justice beginning to open: once the doors open and Robin passes through, the sea beyond — swarming with Neptunians, then the Great Prison and Navy HQ — will put her “beyond our reach” (pp. 3-5). On the bridge, the bound Paulie screams at a collapsed, exhausted Luffy to keep crossing while Zoro presses on toward the giraffe-transformed Kaku (“KLANG,” giraffe-patterned legs, p. 7). At the Water Seven docks, panicked civilians can’t get a ship to follow; Franky Family members insist “Big Bro Franky?!… They’re invincible!”, and ten naval vessels (a Buster Call-grade fleet) set sail for Enies Lobby (p. 8). Sanji takes over the rescue from the wounded Usopp/Sogeking — “I’ll do what you couldn’t… leave his key to me” — and Usopp runs off (Soru) (pp. 9-11). Sanji is then blocked by the wolf-Zoan CP9 master Jabra, who unleashes “Iron Body Kung Fu” wolf attacks (“Wolf Bullet,” “Ten Finger Pistol,” “Tempest Kick Lone Wolf,” “Wolf Fang,” “Veau Vengeance”) and boasts he is “the only user of the Six Powers who can move with Iron Body applied to his whole being” via his “Wolf Fang Stance” (pp. 11-17). Sanji answers with a barrage of French-butchery-named kicks (pp. 14-19). Jabra then fabricates that Robin is his long-lost little sister, parted from him in childhood, begging Sanji to “go save her” and stand down — but Sanji instantly sees through it (“Your tricks are getting stale… haven’t you heard about the boy who cried wolf?!”) and counters as the chapter cuts off mid-blow (“KA-BAM!!”, pp. 18-19).
New reveals
- Hot water reverses Kalifa’s soap-bubble petrification — Sanji is restored “because I got covered in hot water” when a bathtub fell and broke the curse (p. 2).
- The Gates of Justice are actively opening; once Robin passes through, the sea beyond (Neptunians, then the Great Prison and Navy HQ) puts her “beyond our reach” (pp. 3-5).
- Jabra’s self-claim: he is “the only user of the Six Powers who can move with Iron Body applied to his whole being” — his “Iron Body Kung Fu Wolf Fang Stance” lets him stay rock-hard while attacking (pp. 12, 17).
- Jabra’s fighting form is an overtly wolf-themed Zoan (snouted, fanged hybrid); the specific fruit is not named on-page. Wolf techniques: Wolf Bullet, Ten Finger Pistol (Rokushiki), Tempest Kick Lone Wolf, Wolf Fang, Veau Vengeance (pp. 11-17).
- Sanji formally substitutes for the wounded Usopp/Sogeking on the Robin-rescue, taking the key duty (“I’ll do what you couldn’t… leave his key to me,” p. 9).
- Ten naval vessels (a Buster Call-grade fleet) have set sail for Enies Lobby; the Sea Train is full and panicked Water Seven civilians can’t follow (p. 8).

Open questions raised
- What exactly is Kaku’s transformed animal form’s fruit, and can Zoro handle a transformed CP9 master? (giraffe form glimpsed, fruit still unnamed)
- Will Sanji reach Robin with the key before the Gates of Justice fully open?
- Can Sanji break through Jabra’s “Iron Body applied to the whole being” defense with kicks alone?
