Structural lore — what Oda has confirmed about this. Mysteries live in
Vault/Threads/; this is what the world IS.
Established Ch. 1139 p. 8 by Scopper Gaban: mixed-blood (blended) peoples have recurred throughout history — he names “the Buccaneers, the Dosundada, the Long-arms and Long-legs, and the Wotans.” Such peoples “don’t tend to last long, but in every era there have always been those who are more open-minded.” Gaban’s own household (human Gaban + giantess Ripley + half-giant Collun) is a living instance; his creed: “Love is free!!” (he calls himself “the Preacher of Love”). Reframes several established tribes (Buccaneer, Long-arms, Long-legs) as blended in origin and plants two new peoples: the Dosundada and the Wotans.
