The payoff
Sanji, in the Flower Capital, is revealed standing full-figure and centered, owning the vertical axis, in the caped Germa No. 3 raid suit — the cape billowing exactly as his brothers’ did, the suit rendered archetype-maximal — over a large “DO-OM” SFX backdrop. The label arrives as the surrounding callouts rather than a corner nameplate: “STEALTH BLACK!!!” and “That’s the No. 3 member of the army of evil, Germa 66!!” Reaction insets ring the figure top and bottom — Law (“I recognize that… that suit, of all things…”) above, Sanji’s “So do I!! …I hated Germa!!” below. The caped-Vinsmoke raid-suit reveal-grammar, now wearing the face of the brother who spent the entire saga rejecting it.

Why this matters
The per-Vinsmoke raid-suit label-splash (Judge Ch. 832; the caped sons Ch. 838; the team-deployment Ch. 869) is a closed costume-grammar reserved for the Germa princes. Restaging it on Sanji is how Oda confirms — in pure layout, before any dialogue concession — that Sanji is a Vinsmoke whether he likes it or not: the body that fits the family reveal-frame can’t argue with it. The composition does the thematic work the chapter’s monologue only states.
Watch-for: when a closed costume/reveal-grammar reserved for one family or faction is suddenly staged on the member who rejected that identity, read the layout as the identity-claim the character won’t make in words. The label-delivery may downshift (caption-card → dialogue callout) while the figure-grammar holds; the held figure-grammar is the tell, not the caption format.
