This is a 750-chapter long-burn foreshadow. Forward-resonance (Ch. 840+): Sanji’s not-normal-for-a-human punishment-absorption is the Vinsmoke-modification’s external-tell. Sanji is a genetically-engineered Vinsmoke (Judge’s failed-experiment-with-suppressed-modifications, per Ch. 840+) — his combat-endurance is the one modification that activated despite Sora’s countering-drug. Kuroobi names the anomaly centuries-fictional-time before the reveal.
