Young Law Raised In The White Town Is Dying And Wants To Destroy Everything

The seed
In Doflamingo ’s flashback, a young Law — “raised in the White Town ,” strapped with bombs, bent on destroying “everything I see ” — begs to join the Donquixote Pirates because he “doesn’t have much longer to live!!! ” The homeland is captioned only “White Town ” (NOT named Flevance) and the illness is unnamed. A negative-space backstory seed: the destroyed home + terminal illness are stated yet unexplained — the engine of Law’s death-wish.
Ch. 762 — the White-Town origin, told in full
The flashback names the “White Town” as Flevance White Lead Disease Law ’s generation to die in childhood. Law is shown the sole survivor — his doctor parents and little sister Lammy dead, the kingdom “crumbled to dust.” The buried origin of his nihilism and death-wish (@0752) is now fully explained.
Ch. 762 pp. 8–11 — the World Government knowingly buried the white-lead truth

The flashback establishes that the World Government surveyed Flevance, learned white lead’s true toxic nature a century ago, traded it worldwide anyway, then helped the royals flee while the population was quarantined and massacred as “infectious” — “a textbook case of sweeping trouble under the rug.” A concrete instance of WG complicity in the death of an entire people for profit, structurally mirroring Ohara and the Void-Century cover-up (loose thematic link — do NOT hard-assert; cf. Five Elders True Nature ).
Ch. 762 pp. 12, 14, 16 — “the merciful hand of salvation” ironic refrain

The line “There is always a merciful hand of salvation waiting to help” is repeated three times — first as comfort, then as savage irony laid over Flevancians shot down and abandoned by the very “merciful hands” (royals, neighbors, soldiers, clergy) supposed to save them. The repetition primes the reader to ask who will actually be Law’s salvation.
Do NOT name the homeland “Flevance,” the disease “Amber Lead Syndrome / White Lead Disease,” or assert Law’s hidden “D.” here — all forward of 0752 (~Ch 761+).
