Yosaku’s tub-ship exposition (pages 4-6 of Ch. 69) names the Seven Warlords of the Sea for the first time on-page, with the iconic seven cloaked silhouettes holding vertical swords group-portrait splash (page 5, bottom).

“raid the seas in return for a cut of their haul”
“government dogs” (the slur from other pirates)
“one of the three great powers” of the Grand Line

This is the single largest world-building install of the East Blue saga — the chapter answers what the three great powers of the Grand Line look like and pre-loads every later Warlord-tier arc.
