“Blade of Judgment — Nemesis” (天罰剣 Tenbatsuken / furigana ネメシス Nemeshisu)

The greatsword is lettered “Nemesis” over the kanji 天罰剣 (tenbatsuken) — 天 ten “heaven” + 罰 batsu “punishment/penalty” + 剣 ken “sword” → “sword of divine/heavenly punishment.” Both layers point the same way:

Nemesis — the Greek goddess of divine retribution and just vengeance (also Rhamnousia, “the goddess of Rhamnous”), who dispenses fortune and doom in proportion to what is deserved. She embodies exactly the concept the kanji spells out: judgment / divine punishment — apt for the entity that styles itself “God” and calls its doctrine Domination.
Cross-pun (inference — fan analysis, not Oda-stated): in Greek myth Nemesis is a daughter of Nyx (Night). Japanese for “night” is 夜 yoru — the name of Mihawk’s black greatsword Yoru (“Night”), the world’s strongest black blade.
