The seed
It is the first time the apex antagonist claims God Valley in the first person — and the first time it frames the operation as incomplete. The sentence has three moving parts, each load-bearing: an admission of failed foresight, a target it now names as “those mere children,” and a scope word — “all of it” — that is deliberately left unspecified.
The payoff
(Pending — seed only. Nothing ≤1192 resolves it.)
Earliest known caller
(Unrecorded — recent-chapter 1100+ seed.)
Why this matters
Read against Rocks and God Valley — already resolved on the events Ch. 1166 — this seeds the motive layer the resolution left open. God Valley was not only a Rocks kill-order but, by Imu’s own account, a generational purge, and Imu’s regret marks the survivors as the thing that ruined its plan. It also retro-frames the crew standing in front of it: Roger Pirates as the living residue of a botched extermination, which is exactly how Imu addresses Gaban one panel earlier (“Crew of the King of the Pirates…”). Cross-links: Imu, Imu Identity, Gaban Calls Imu God And Says No One Ought To Know Who He Is.
