Doflamingo Hints Only A Celestial Dragon Could Bend The World Government

The seed
Law cannot believe a mere Warlord could command the World Government to retract his own resignation worldwide. Doflamingo : “If anyone could pull off something so preposterous, he’d… he’d have to be a Celestial Dragon !!” and “you know nothing of Joker’s past .” A villain-volunteers-the-clue tell pointing at Doflamingo’s hidden World-Noble lineage.
The payoff
Confirmed Ch. 722 . Doflamingo’s “Royal Bloodlines” monologue to Law on Greenbit (pp. 18–20) establishes on-page that the Donquixotes are one of the twenty founding Celestial-Dragon families
Ch. 722 — the bloodline shown on-page
Doflamingo tells Law the founding twenty kings became the Celestial Dragons and names the Donquixotes as one of those families — Dressrosa’s original royal house before the Riku Dynasty . The “only a Celestial Dragon could pull this off” hint (@0712) is paid off at the lineage level.
Ch. 727 — Doflamingo names “the Don Quixote line” on-page
In the ~10-years-ago conquest flashback, Doflamingo declares to King Riku “I am Don Quixote Doflamingo… from the Don Quixote line ” (p. 6), framing his claim on Dressrosa as a birthright, and is reported to defy the Celestial Dragons (raiding their Heavenly-Offering tribute ships) and to have bent the World Government into a Warlord seat (pp. 6–7) — reinforcing the founding-bloodline already confirmed @0722.
Ch. 747 — Doflamingo’s childhood losses
At the Flower Hill palace, mid-tirade about not forgiving anyone who laughs at his family, Doflamingo drops two bare facts — “I killed my father when I was ten… I lost my mother when I was eight ” — and binds them to his creed that his officers are “family who have been with me through thick and thin… they’re all I have” (p. 10). The fallen-noble childhood the Ch. 712 “he’d have to be a Celestial Dragon” hint promised now surfaces at the level of on-page fact.
Ch. 760 pp. 12–13 — the hidden origin stated outright
The hidden Celestial-Dragon origin teased since Ch. 712 (“you know nothing of Joker’s past”) is now stated in full by Doflamingo himself: born nobility, the family’s voluntary fall , the father’s killing at age ten , the head carried to Mariejois , and rejection as the “line of traitors .” (evidence_chapters += 0760; status held confirmed — the founding-bloodline payoff already landed @0722; 0760 is the personal-origin elaboration.)

Why this matters
Oda repeatedly has Doflamingo allude to a “past” that explains his anomalous leverage over the World Government; the Celestial-Dragon framing pre-loads the later origin reveal. A textbook chekhov-explicit tell — a villain names the impossible-sounding condition out loud (“he’d have to be a Celestial Dragon”) that the audience later learns is literally true.
